Ingredients:
2 c Pork or chicken, chopped 3/4 c Onion, chopped 2 tb Sugar 2 tb Soy sauce 1 lg Can Chinese vegetables
Fry meat until nearly done. Add sugar, soy sauce, and juice from canned
veggies. Add onion and cook until tender. Add veggies. Add 1c water.
Thicken with corn starch
Serve hot with rice and chow mein noodles.
