Ingredients:
1/2 c  Almond paste of filling
16    (3-inch) round won-ton
Wrappers
1    Egg, beaten slightly
2    To 4 tablespoons vegetable
Oil
2 tb Powdered sugar

Spoon 1 rounded teaspoon filling in center of each won-ton wrapper.
Brush egg around edge of each wrapper. Fold in half; lightly press
edges together to seal. With finger tips, slightly flatten filling.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in an 8-inch skillet over medium heat. Fry won
tons on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Dust
with powdered sugar. Makes 16 won tons.

Walnut Filling: 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts 2 tablespoons honey 1/8
teaspoon grated lemon peel

In a small bowl, combine walnuts, honey and lemon peel.
