Ingredients:
5 lb Lamb shoulder (boned, rolled & tied) 1/4 c Oil 2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Pepper 2 c HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE
Heat oven to 350. Rub meat with oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Roast 1 1/2 hours. During final 15 minutes, brush with sauce every 5
minutes, then once more just before serving. Serve remaining sauce
with roast.
