Ingredients:
4 tb Soy sauce 1 Garlic clove; minced 1/2 ts Sugar 1 1/4 ts Rice vinegar 1/4 ts Ground chile pepper 4 ts Minced green onion 1 1/4 ts Sesame seeds; toasted 1 1/4 ts Sesame oil
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until everything is combined.
