Ingredients:
2 lb Ocean perch fillets 1/4 c Minced onion 3 tb Melted butter 2 tb Flour 1 cn (1 lb) tomatoes 1/4 c Chopped green pepper 1/2 ts Salt Sugar Pepper 1 Bay leaf 1 Whole clove
Cook onion in butter until tender; blend in flour. Add remaining
ingredients (except fillets) & cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Remove bay leaf & clove. Arrange fillets in well greased shallow
baking dish; cover with sauce. Bake in 350 oven for 25-30 minutes.
