Ingredients:
3 md Sized yams; grated 1/4 c Cane syrup 3/4 c Sugar 1/2 ts Allspice 1/2 ts Cinnamon 1/2 ts Nutmeg 2 Eggs; beaten slightly 3/4 Stick butter; melted 1/4 c Light cream
Grate raw yams. Mix sugar, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, syrup, butter and
light cream. Add eggs; cream well. Fold in grated yams. Pour into a greased
bread pan and bake in 375 degree oven about 45 minute.
