2 tb Oil 1 tb Onion; chopped 3 Garlic clove 3 oz Shrimp, small; cooked & dice 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Pepper, black 1/2 Cabbage, small; very finely 4 Egg; beaten 2 Scallion; finely sliced

0:20 Heat the oil in a wok. Add the onion, garlic, shrimp, salt and pepper
and stir-fry until the onions are translucent. Mix in the cabbage and then
add the eggs. Cook, stirring, until the eggs are set. Transfer to serving
dish and garnish with scallions.
