Ingredients:
4 oz Butter 1 1/2 tb Zested orange peel 2 md Cloves garlic Salt to taste White pepper to taste
Leave butter out until soft and whip until it turns white. Add remaining
ingredients; set aside. Just before serving, place 1 TB orange garlic
butter on top of stuffed romaine; melt. Suggestions: Use as an appetizer;
garnish with sliced blanched carrots in Grand Marnier. Serves 4-6.
