Ingredients:
4 Orange roughy fillets 1/2 ts Garlic powder 2 tb Cooking oil 1 Bag (6 oz) crushed thin Potato chips
Sprinkle fillets with garlic powder; set aside. Place cooking oil in
one bowl & crushed chips in another. Dip each fillet in oil then coat
with chips & place on greased broiler pan. Bake in 425 oven for 15
minutes.
