Ingredients:
3/4 c Ketcup 1/4 c Cider vinegar 2 ts Worcestershire sauce 1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce 2 tb Mustard, Prepared 1/4 c Sugar, dark brown 1/2 ts Salt
Cook sauce uncovered for 15 minutes. Marinate ham in sauce for 1/2 hour or
longer, grill, broil, or fry ham steak basting with the sauce as needed.
