Ingredients:
2 tb Butter
2 tb Flour
1/4 c  Oyster liquid
1/2 c  Heavy cream or evaporated
Milk

Melt butter in saucepan; add flour & stir. When mixture starts to
bubble, add cream & oyster liquid, little by little, stirring
constantly until it becomes a smooth thick sauce. Pour over fillets &
serve.
