Ingredients:
1 pt Oysters 1 1/2 pt Milk 5 Eggs; beaten 1 ts Salt 1 ts Onion; finely minced 1 c Coarse cracker crumbs 1/2 ts Accent
Cut each oyster into 3 pieces. Add beaten eggs to milk. Combine with the
oysters; add other ingredients. Bake in a greased casserole, in a 325
degree oven for 90 minutes. Serves 8.
