Ingredients:
2 Strips bacon 1 sm Minced onion 1 cn (8oz) oysters 2 c Soft bread crumbs 2 tb Fresh lemon juice 1 tb Sake 1 Egg 2 tb Minced parsley 1/2 ts Salt 1 pn Pepper 6 Fillets of sole (2 lb) OYSTER SAUCE
Fry bacon & onion until tender. Drain & chop oysters, reserving 1/4
cup liquid for sauce; combine oysters with remaining ingredients
except fillets. Separate mixture into 6 parts: place each part on a
fillet & roll up tightly. Fasten ends with toothpicks. Place rolled
fish in buttered baking dish; cover & bake in 375 oven for 45 minutes.
