Ingredients:
4 tb Oil, vegetable 3 Garlic cloves; crushed 1 lb Broccoli; cut into small -florets, discard the tough -stems 6 tb Oyster sauce
Heat oil in wok, stir-fry garlic until brown. Add broccoli, stir-fry 3
minutes over low heat. Add oyster sauce, stir 1 more minute. Transfer to
serving dish, serve hot.
