Ingredients:
1 Loaf Italian unsliced bread 1 lg Garlic clove, halved 1/2 c Ricotta cheese 1 ts Leaf oregano 1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley 2 tb Parmesasn
Halve bread lengthwise; rub with garlic. Cut in 4″ sections, then
4X1X1″ sticks. Broil 5″ from heat 2 minutes to lightly brown. Cool
half of bread; store airtight. Combine ricotta, oregano, parsley & 1
Tbls. parmesan. Spread half of mix over toasts. Sprinkle with 1 1/2
tsp. parmesan. Broil 2-3 minutes or until golden. Serve hot.
