Ingredients:
1/4 c Cilantro, chopped 1 4oz. can green ortega -chilis, diced, drained 2 c Frozen petite peas, thawed 1 10.5 oz. pkg Mori-Nu -Silken Tofu (Firm), drained 1 tb Lemon juice 1 1/2 ts Ground cumin 1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper
Zesty Cilantro, Chili, Pea Dip
Salt to taste (optional)
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Whirl
approximately 30 seconds on high. Refrigerate 1 hour. Mound over
overlapping tomato slices. Rim with fresh cilantro.
