Ingredients:
1/2 c Stemmed parsley 2 sl Quartered white bread 1 1/4 c Flour 1 ts Baking powder 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 c Melted butter
Combine parsley & bread in food processor. Whirl until medium sized
crumbs. Add flour, powder & salt. Whirl just until combined. Add milk
& butter to food processor. Pulse, using on & off motion just until
blended. Drop mounded Tbls. of dumpling mix onto simmering soup.
Cook, covered, 12 minutes or until dumplings are dry in center. Serve
immediately with soup.
