Ingredients:
2/3 c Rotini noodles 1/2 c Frozen mixed vegetables 1/4 c Grated mozzarella cheese 2 tb Mayonnaise 1 tb Chopped basil or parsley 1/2 ts Dried oregano
Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water until tender. Drain and rinse
with cold water. Drain well. Add vegetables and cheese. Stir in
mayonnaise, basil or parsley and oregano.
