Ingredients:
1 ts Olive oil 2 Cloves garlic -- minced 1/2 c Dry white wine 1/4 c Lemon juice 1 c Tomatoes -- stewed 1/4 c Basil 2 tb Parmesan cheese 1/2 ts Black pepper
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add garlic until tender. Remove
from heat and pour wine. Return it to the heat. Cook another 1 to 2
minutes, until wine has been reduced by half. Stir in lemon juice and
tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Serve over cooked
pasta.
