Ingredients:
- G Granaroli XBRG76A -MM:MK VMXV03A 1 md Head fresh broccoli 3 tb Butter 1/4 c Olive oli 4 Cloves garlic minced or 4 -tb ready chopped garlic 1 md Onion chopped 1/2 c White wine or chicken broth Salt & fresh grnd pepper -to taste 12 oz Pasta cooked Grated cheese for topping
Wash and cut broccoli into bite size pieces. Cook in salted water until
crisp. Drain well and set aside. In a pan, melt butter in olive oil. Sautee
onion until translucent. Add garlic and simmer for 1 minute. Add broccoli,
and wine or broth and simmer 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper. In a large
bowl mix drained pasta with broccoli mixture. Toss well. Serve immediately
with grated cheese for topping.
