Ingredients:
3 lb Peaches, halved, pitted and Sliced 4 c Packed brown sugar Grated peel of 1 lime 6 c Amber rum, about
Put ingredients into a 1 gallon container; using enough rum to fill.
Seal container and place on a sunny window sill, occasionally turning it.
After 3 months, pour off the liquor and serve in small cordial glasses.
