Ingredients:
8 oz Cream cheese; softened 1 ts Black raspberry liqueur -(or more, to taste) 4 lg Pears Lemon juice Chopped pistachio nuts Mint leaves
Blend cream cheese and raspberry liqueur. Slice pears in halves lengthwise.
Hollow out centers with teaspoon or melon baller. Dip or brush pears in
lemon juice to prevent browning. Spoon cream cheese into pear centers and
sprinkle with pistachio nuts. Garnish with mint leaves.
