Ingredients:
1 tb Butter or margarine 1 tb Flour 3/4 c Milk 1/2 4 oz. pkg blue cheese; -(about 1/2 cup) 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper
Melt butter/margarine over med. heat; stir in lour till well blended,
Gradually add milk and cook, stirring constantly, till mixture is
thickened. Remove from heat, stir in cheese and remaining ingredients.
Makes 1 cup to serve over grilled steak or beef patties.
