Ingredients:
1 lb Zucchini 1/4 ts Salt 1 tb Basil leaves
Using vegetable peeler, cut zucchini lengthwise into thin strips. Or shred
zucchini in food processor. Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking
spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add zucchini, salt and basil; saute
until tender.
