Ingredients:
2 lb Chopped fine green tomatoes 1 c Chopped scallions 2 sm Jalapeno peppers, seeded & Diced fine 1 c Chooped loosely packed Cilantro leaves (1/2 cup) 1 ts Salt 1/4 c Vegetable oil 2 tb Cider vinegar or white wine Vinegar
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover & refrigerate 1 hour or until
chilled. Store up to 2 days.
