Ingredients:
4 1/2 c Flour 1 Whole egg 3/4 c Water -- cold 1 tb Sugar 4 tb Shortening 1/2 ts Salt
Make dough like pie crust: roll out onto floured board: cut into 8″x4″
squares. put a tablespoon of your favorite filling and fold dough over
filling. pinch seams to seal. Boil in salted water for 15 minutes. when
cool fry in butter.
