Ingredients:
1/2 c Fine Noodles -- broken in Pieces 2 tb Unsalted Butter 1 cn Chicken Broth -- or beef Broth 1/3 c Water 1/2 c Long-Grain Rice -- raw
In saucepan, brown noodles in butter; stir often. Add remaining
ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes
or until liquid is absorbed.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
