Ingredients:
1 lb Zucchini, sliced 1 c Celery, chopped 1 Onion, chopped 1/2 lb Sausage 1/2 ts Oregano Salt Pepper 1/2 ts Basil 2 Cloves garlic, minced 1 Green pepper, chopped 28 oz Tomatoes
Brown the sausage, remove from skillet. Add garlic, celery, onion, zucchini
and gr pepper. Saute lightly, about 3 minutes. Add sausage, seasonings and
tomatoes. Simmer, covered for 30 minutes. If soup becomes to thick, add
