Ingredients:
4    Loin lamb chops (3/4"
Thick)
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c  Unsweetened pineapple juice
1 ts Basil
1 tb Red wine vinegar
1 tb Grated orange rind

Sprinkle lamb with salt. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour
pineapple juice mixture over lamb; chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove lamb; reserve marinade. Broil lamb 3-4″ from heat 5-7 minutes
per side, basting frequently.
