Ingredients:
1 c Chopped fresh pineapple 1/2 c Chopped red bell pepper 3 tb Lime juice 1/4 c Thinly sliced green onions Fish sauce Salt
Mix pineapple, red bell pepper, lime juice, green onions, and fish sauce or
salt to taste. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
