Ingredients:
1 Pineapple; peeled and diced 1 Green pepper; diced 1 Red pepper; diced 1 Red onion; diced 3 Chipotle peppers; minced 1/4 c Cilantro; chopped 2 Limes; zested and juiced 1/2 c Sugar 2 ts Chili powder 2 ts Coriander 2 ts Cumin 2 ts Salt
Mix ingredients together.
NOTES : Serve with Grilled Jamaican “Jerk” Chicken
