Ingredients:
1 c  Cold cooked brown rice
3 tb Oil
2    Eggs
2 c  Flour
1/2 ts Salt
4 ts Baking powder
1 c  Milk
1/4 ts Basil
1/4 ts Marjoram
1/4 ts Oregano
1/4 c  Grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400F, prepare pans. Combine rice, oil, eggs, milk, cheese
& herbs. Sift dry ingredients & add to wet mix until just combined. Spoon
into pans & bake for 20-25 mins. Makes 12 very tasty muffins.
