Ingredients:
1 c Water 1/2 c White wine 2 tb Chopped onion 2 tb Chopped celery 2 Peppercorns 1/2 ts Salt 1 Bay leaf 1 1/2 ts Tarragon 1 1/4 ts Thyme 1 lb Oreo dory fillets Lemon wedges
In skillet, place all ingredients except fish & lemon wedges. Bring
to a boil; cover, reduce heat & simmer 30 minutes. Add fillets in
single layer, cover & poach 2 minutes. Remove to warm platter & serve
with lemon wedges.
