Ingredients:
2 c  Water
1/2 c  Dry white wine
1 sm Quartered onion
1 ds Oregano
1 ds Thyme
1/2    Bay leaf
1/4 lb Fresh bay scallops
Lemon juice

Combine water, wine, onion & herbs; bring to boil. Add scallops; cook
until firm & white. Sprinkle with lemon juice; serve at once.
