Ingredients:
1/2 c Onion; chopped 2 tb Butter 1/4 c Brown sugar, packed 1 tb Worcestershire sauce 1/8 ts Tabasco sauce; to taste 3 Cl Garlic; minced 1 c Ketchup 1/4 c Lemon juice 1 ts Mustard
In a small saucepan, cook onion and garlic in a butter until tender. Add
remaining ingredients , bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 15 -20
min. Use as a basting sauce for Pork, Chicken or Beef.
