Ingredients:
1/2 lb Sausage 5 Sausage links with soy -protein concentrate 1/2 c Celery; chopped 1/2 c Onion; chopped 1/2 c Green pepper; chopped 1/2 c Raw rice 1 cn (small) chicken broth 2 tb Soy oil
Brown sausage; saut‚ onion, celery and bell pepper in oil. Add rice and
broth. Put into casserole and bake 45 minutes.
