Ingredients:
1 lb Pork spareribs cut into piec
2    Potatoes peeled and cubed
1/2 c  Onion slices
1 tb Sherry
3 tb Oyster sauce
2 tb Soy sauce
1/2 ts Sugar
2 ts Oil, butter

Lightly brown spareribs in hot skillet. Add oil, potatoes, onion and sherry
and cook 5 to 10 minutes or until potatoes and onion are lightly browned.
Mix in oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
