Ingredients:
1 1/2 c Canned pumpkin pie mix 1/3 c Sugar 1 ts Vanilla 1 qt Vanilla ice cream; soft 1 c Chopped pecans
Stir pumpkin pie mix. sugar and vanilla into the ice cream. Refreeze. Shape
into balls; freeze. then roll in chopped nuts. Place in a pan, cover with
foil. Keep frozen until ready to serve. Makes 9 servings.
