Ingredients:
1 lb Poppyseeds 1/2 c Raisins (opt) 3/4 c Sugar 1 1/4 c Honey 1 c Nuts 1 pn Salt
Wash poppyseeds throughly in boiling water and drain well. Cook all
ingredients except nuts and raisins to soft ball stage. Add nuts and
raisins and cook for 5 min. Pour onto wet board and spread with spatula to
about 1/4″ thick. Allow to cool for a few minutes and cut into square or
diamond shapes. When cool, remove from board. Makes 36 pieces.
