Ingredients:
1 sm Onion, cut in chunks 1 sm Garlic clove, cut in half 1 lg Unpeeled cucumber, halved Lengthwise, seeded & cut in Chunks 1 c Plain low fat yogurt 1/2 ts Sugar 1/4 ts Salt 1 ds Ground red pepper
Chop onion & garlic in food processor or blender. Add cucumber &
continue processing until chopped fine. Scrape into bowl. Stir in
yogurt, sugar, salt & red pepper. Serve immediately or cover &
refrigerate up to 2 days.
