Ingredients:
1 c  White vinegar
1 c  Brown sugar, packed
1 ts Salt
1 ts Ground cumin
1/2 c  Water
5 c  Tomato juice
1 1/2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/2 ts Red pepper

Combine ingredients. Marinade 4-5 lb beef in mixture in shallow pan in
refrigerator 3-4 hours before barbecueing, turning occaisionally to coat
meat with marinade. Do not shake off liquid before cooking.
