Ingredients:
2 lb Red cabbage 2 1/2 c Water 2 ts Salt 4 tb Vinegar 2 ts Caraway seeds 4 ts Sugar Cut cabbage into fine Shreds Cut cabbage into fine
in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Cover pot, reduce heat, and simmer for 2
1/2 hours. Add more water if necessary. Serve hot. Serves 8
