Ingredients:
1 1/3 c Water 1 ts Chicken-flavored bouillon Granules 1/2 c Long-grain rice -- uncooked 1 1/2 c Carrot -- coarsely shredded 1/2 c Fresh parsley, chopped 1/3 c Scallion -- thinly sliced 1/4 ts Pepper 1/4 c Toasted pecans,chopped
Combine water and bouillon granules in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Add
rice, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat, and let
stand, covered, 5 minutes. Add next 4 ingredients, stir well. Place over ow
heat, cover and cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle with pecans.
