Ingredients:
1 c Sharp cheddar cheese; grated 1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Lemon juice 1/4 ts Minced onion 1 ts Prepared mustard 1/4 ts Celery salt 1/4 c Mayonnaise sl Bread
Combine ingredients; blend. Trim crust from bread slices; roll bread slices
thin with rolling pin. Spread with cheese mixture. Roll. Wrap in waxed
paper and chill. When ready to serve, cut in 1-1/2 inch lengths (about 3 to
a roll). Place on buttered baking sheet. Toast under the broiler until
crisp and golden brown. Serve hot.
