Ingredients:
1 1 lb. jar gefilte fish 2 c Cooked rice 2 tb Butter or pareve margarine 1/4 c Bell pepper, chopped 1/2 c Onion, chopped 1/2 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper 1/4 ts Thyme 1 cn Condensed tomato soup>>> Undiluted. 1 c Milk Paprika
Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender but not brown. Add
salt, pepper, thyme, soup, and milk. Mis with rice Pour into greased 1 1/2
qt. baking dish.
Drain gefilte fish and arrange on top; press into rice mixture and sprinkle
with paprika. Bake in 350 F. oven for 30 min.
