Ingredients:
ICE CREAM COOKBOOK 1 lg Ripe mango 1/3 c Rum 1/4 c Sugar Vanilla ice cream
Peel the mango and slice it into thin slices (about 1/4 inch). Put into a
shallow dish and sprinkle the sugar and rum on top. Refrigerate for 1 hour
before serving. When chilled and ready to serve, spoon over vanilla or
mango ice cream.
