Ingredients:
3 Slices bacon, cut into 1/2" Wide pieces 1 1/2 c Finely chopped onion 1/3 c Maple syrup 3 tb Dark rum 1 tb Ketchup 4 ts Grainy mustard 2 28-oz cans baked beans
1. In a medium pan cook the bacon until crisp; remove from the pan. 2. Put
the onion into the pan and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. 3. Add the
maple syrup, rum, ketchup and mustard; cook 2 minutes. 4. Stir in the baked
beans; cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Stir in the bacon and
cook 2 minutes. Serve.
