Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz Stick cinnamon 1 1/4 oz Whole cloves 3/4 c Honey 3 Oranges; juice of 1 Orange rind 6 Lemons; juice of 1 Lemon rind 1/3 c Black tea 5 qt Boiling water
Cook the spices, honey and rinds with 2 cups water for 10 minutes. Let
stand 1 hour; strain; steep tea in the boiling water for one minute, then
add the fruit juices and spice mixture.
