Ingredients:
1 cn (large) salmon
1/2 c  Milk
3/4 c  Soft bread crumbs
2 tb Butter; melted
1    Egg
1    Lemon; juice of
1 tb Scraped onion
1/2 c  Green pepper; minced fine
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Black pepper

Flake salmon. Scald milk; add bread crumbs and butter: let stand 5
minutes. Beat until smooth; then combine with salmon, egg, seasonings and
flavorings.

Put in a greased loaf pan, sprinkle with Progresso bread crumbs and bake
in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Unmold and serve hot with tomato
sauce. Serves 6.
