Ingredients:
1 c Fresh basil leaves 1/2 c Pine nuts 1 c Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese 3 Peeled garlic cloves 1/4 ts Salt 6 tb Olive or vegetable oil 8 Salmon fillets
Combine all ingredients (except fillets) in blender; blend briefly.
Broil fish about 4″ from heat 6-8 minutes per side, depending on
thickness. Serve on heated platter; pass Pesto Sauce to spoon over
broiled fish.
